A New Post That is Waaaaaay Overdue!
Life has gotten the better of me. I have been so busy over the past three years, learning to be a wife, mom, step-mom, good daughter, good sister, aunt, worker, etc...that everything in my life that doesn't pertain to any of those has taken a back seat. I'm going to try to be better about keeping up with my blogging. It doesn't matter if anyone reads it or not. It's so cathartic to me to share my passion for cooking! It helps me to be creative both in my cooking and in my writing. I find that just taking a few minutes each day to write down everything that I cook makes me incredibly happy. So, that being said, I will definitely be back here putting down word to paper for posterity the recipes that make my family come around the table to break bread and to share their day. :)
